So we kept my birthday low key this year as I wasn't sure what was going to be happening. Shane celebrated birth week by giving me cute little presents each day leading up to my birthday. The Monday before my birthday we were both bored of sitting at home (I was on partial bedrest) so we decided to go stay up at my parents timeshare condo in Wolf Creek (Eden, up Ogden Canyon.) We went up for only one night and we just drove around, watched a movie and chilled. I couldn't do much and was really trying to not go into labor. It was still fun to get away for a night and relax.
On my actual birthday, I had a dr. appt. More on that in another post. But before that, we met a lot of my family at Cafe Rio for lunch. Then that night Shane took me to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Prime Rib...mmmm. Yummy.
So I had a great birthday, and was happy I met my goal of not having the babies on or before my birthday. Here's to another year.
